# Choose a remark status

Each remark is assigned a status. The default status is "In progress".

You can then choose to modify this status for :

| Status | Display in report | Colour | Behaviour |
| ---- |
| In progress | Created on | ${color}[#ff0000](Red) | Appears in the report as long as it is not closed |
| Deadline | To be completed before | ${color}[#ff0000](Red) | Appears in the report as long as it is not closed |
| Urgent | Urgent since | ${color}[#ff0000](Red) | Appears in the report as long as it is not closed |
| Refused | Refused since | ${color}[#ff0000](Red) | Appears in the report as long as it is not closed |
| Late | Late since | ${color}[#ff0000](Red) | Appears in the report as long as it is not closed |
| Reminder | Reminder since | ${color}[#ff0000](Red) | Appears in the report as long as it is not closed |
| Pending | Pending since | ${color}[#f0ae3d](Orange) | Appears in the report as long as it is not closed |
| On Hold | On hold since | ${color}[#f0ae3d](Orange) | Appears in the report as long as it is not closed |
| To monitor | To be monitored since | ${color}[#f0ae3d](Orange) | Appears in the report as long as it is not closed |
| Scheduled | Scheduled for | ${color}[#2d8de6](Blue) | Appears in the report as long as it is not closed |

Two additional statuses exist, but they cannot be added manually.
