Choose a remark status
Each remark is assigned a status. The default status is "In progress".
You can then choose to modify this status for :

Late | Late since | Red | Appears in the report as long as it is not closed |
Reminder | Reminder since | Red | Appears in the report as long as it is not closed |
Pending | Pending since | Orange | Appears in the report as long as it is not closed |
On Hold | On hold since | Orange | Appears in the report as long as it is not closed |
To monitor | To be monitored since | Orange | Appears in the report as long as it is not closed |
Scheduled | Scheduled for | Blue | Appears in the report as long as it is not closed |
To Schedule | To schedule since | Blue | Appears in the report as long as it is not closed |
Information | "This status is not shown in the report" | Blue | Appears in the report as long as it is not closed |
Grant discharge | Granted discharge on the | Green | Appears in the current report then is no longer displayed |
Keep in mind | To keep in mind since | Green | Appears in the report as long as it is not closed |
Noted | Noted on | Green | Appears in current report then no longer displayed |
Acted | Acted on | Green | Appears in current report, then no longer displayed |
Closed | Closed on | Green | Appears in the current report and is no longer displayed |
Two additional statuses exist, but they cannot be added manually.
